IMR Law Offices is inviting applications for a 4-month Assessment Internship to join their Corporate Team in Srinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Team in day-to-day advisory and statutory compliance work.
- Assist in the drafting of commercial agreements, legal notices, and formal legal opinions.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research and carry out detailed due diligence assignments.
- Analyze corporate regulations and provide summaries on legislative updates.
- Organize and manage case files and evidentiary documentation for corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with senior legal professionals on complex commercial projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal notes and client strategy briefs.
Eligibility
- Law Graduates (LL.B. or Integrated LL.B.).
- Final-year students: 5th-year (10th semester) of a 5-year program or 3rd-year (6th semester) of a 3-year program.
- Demonstrated strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Laws.
- Preference: Candidates from Kashmir will be given preference.
- Strong analytical, research, and legal drafting capabilities.
- Commitment to completing the full 4-month duration of the internship.
