Details of the Job/Internship

LEGALLANDS LLP is hiring for the position of Assessment Intern/ Legal Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on corporate and business laws, case laws, statutes, and industry regulations.
• Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and M&A documents.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, identifying legal risks.
• Legal Documentation: Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records efficiently.

Eligibility

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• LLB Graduate (Minimum 2 years of experience).
• LLM Graduate (Preferably from an International Institution).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
