Legal Knights, LLP, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring Assessment Interns to join its Insurance & Consumer Law team at its Delhi office. The role involves assisting the team in insurance and consumer law matters and active litigation. Immediate joiners are preferred. The position is on-site for a tenure of three months with a performance-based stipend.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting.
- Drafting consumer complaints, written statements, legal notices, appeals, and petitions.
- Policy and claim analysis.
- Assisting in active litigation before Consumer Commissions and Courts.
Eligibility
- 4th or 5th year students of a 5-year law course or final-year students of a 3-year law course.
- Prior litigation or drafting internship experience preferred.
- Strong interest in insurance and consumer law.
