Details of the Job/Internship

The Office of Mr. Shashank Dixit is offering an Assessment Intern position for fresh law graduates to gain hands-on experience in constitutional, administrative, and service law matters, arbitration, legal research, and litigation at the Delhi High Court. Immediate joining is required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft notes, pleadings, and other documents.
• Assist in litigation and representation of the Union of India in the High Court of Delhi.
• Support preparation for cases, including reviewing laws, precedents, and government regulations.
• Collaborate with counsel on case strategies and filings.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Prior internship experience in litigation or with a government counsel is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
