Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and related tasks in capital market transactions.
• Demonstrate strong skills in attentive reading, comprehension, retention, and application of SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.
• Adhere to time-bound deliverables and meticulous filing standards.
• Work on-site in Noida with immediate availability.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates with a strong inclination towards capital market regulations and sound knowledge of the Companies Act.
