Details of the Job/Internship
T&S Law is offering an Assessment Internship (with potential absorption) for final-year or graduate law students passionate about Capital Markets and eager to gain hands-on experience in ECM transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting DRHP, RHP, Prospectus, and related documents.
- Support legal and secretarial due diligence.
- Prepare SEBI ICDR and LODR compliance checklists.
- Assist in drafting responses to SEBI, BSE, and NSE queries.
- Conduct research on Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
Eligibility
- Final-year or graduate law students.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined work approach.
- Preference for candidates with prior exposure to Capital Markets.
