Details of the Job/Internship

Intepat IP is hiring Assessment Interns – IP to join their Bengaluru office and work with the legal team on trademark and patent-related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark and patent searches and prepare reports.
• Assist in filing trademark and patent applications (Indian & international).
• Draft responses to examination reports, oppositions, and counter-statements.
• Support e-filing, documentation, and form preparation.
• Manage docketing systems and update internal records.
• Organize client documents and review IP portfolios.
• Coordinate with the IP Office and assist in client communication.
• Proofread and format filings and client reports.

Eligibility

• Basic understanding of trademark and patent law.
• Proficiency in MS Office, IP databases, and email communication.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
