My Legal Partners (MLP) is hiring Assessment intern/lawyers to join their Delhi office team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contract terms, provisions, and obligations.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts.
- Maintain accurate and organised contract records and documentation.
- Manage contract templates and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Active communication with clients to manage their contract lifecycle.
Eligibility
EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM.
