Details of the Job/Internship
Jain & Partners, IPR and Corporate Law Consultancy Firm is hiring an Assessment intern interested in Corporate Law. Their office is situated in Delhi.
Kindly Note: You will be assessed for 3-6 months before they offer you a permanent job.
Role and Responsibilities
- Secretarial work in company law, FEMA, insolvency and related acts Drafting and vetting all agreements for commercial contracts.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation; execution of legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing).
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail Good Computer skills.
- Law Graduate.
