Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Partners is hiring an Assessment Intern with a background in law to join their New Delhi office on an immediate basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of resolutions, minutes, and notices.
• FEMA compliances, NCLT matters, and preparation and filing of various ROC forms.
• Vetting of legal and commercial documents.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates (BA.LLB).
• 2024/2025 law graduates eligible.
• Keen interest in corporate secretarial practice.
