Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring Assessment Interns with experience of freshers or final semester law students to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the corporate team in conducting in-depth legal research on commercial statutes and regulations.
- Support the drafting and proofreading of legal agreements, contracts, and advisory notes.
- Help in the preparation of due diligence reports for corporate transactions.
- Maintain case files and organize documentation for ongoing corporate projects.
- Monitor regulatory updates and compliance requirements relevant to the firm’s clients.
Eligibility
- Fresh Law Graduates or Law Students currently in their final semester.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
- Proficiency in legal research using tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, or Westlaw.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn complex legal processes.
