Details of the Job/Internship

LegalPay is inviting applications for internships at their Gurugram, office for Legal and Risk Team.

• Profile: Assessment Legal & Risk Intern
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: On-site, Gurugram 
• Stipend: Paid

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should assist the legal team with the preparation and writing of legal documents, contracts and pleadings, as well as daily work.
• The Candidates should conduct appropriate legal research.
• As and when necessary, the candidate should assist other departments.
• The candidate should be responsible for maintaining data records.
• The candidates should focus on client communication.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: Law student, Law graduate, law professionals. 
• The Candidates are required to have a thorough understanding of the following laws and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc.
• The Candidate should possess the necessary writing, grammar, organization, and research abilities.
• The Candidate should be proficient in the English language and be proficient in drafting.

Salary/Stipend

The Stipend will be discussed with the Intern itself.
