Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is inviting Assessment Interns to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/ B.Sc./M. Tech/M. Sc./B.E./B.Pharma/M.Pharma.
• Domain: Chemical/ Pharmaceuticals.
• Patent specification drafting (provisional and complete);
• Drafting of Responses to Examination reports and Post-hearing Written Submissions;
• Well versed with filing of patent applications and post-filing formalities at the Indian Patent Office;
• Assistance in hearing preparation and attendance; and Patent Litigation support.
