Details of the Job/Internship

Quant LegalTech is hiring an Assessment Legal Intern to support its compliance and legal vertical.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and assess legal and regulatory documents.
• Assist in legal and regulatory research assignments.
• Support live projects involving NBFCs, manufacturing units, and other regulated entities.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in creating compliance checklists and trackers.
• Provide support on internal compliance documentation and assessments.

Eligibility

• 3-year or 5-year LL.B. graduate or recent law graduate.
• Strong interest in financial regulation, compliance laws, and corporate governance.
• Exposure to regulations issued by SEBI, RBI, or other regulators.
• Good research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a tech-enabled environment.

Salary/Stipend
