T and S LAW is offering an Assessment Internship with a possibility of absorption into the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct CIBIL checks and Promoter watchout analysis.
- Assist in legal research and drafting related to capital markets.
- Support IPR due diligence and investment-related documentation.
- Handle legalities related to appointment of directors and Companies Act, 2013 compliance.
Eligibility
- 5th-year law students or graduated law students only.
- (4th-year and below should not apply under this policy.)
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in Capital Markets and SEBI regulations.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Quick learner with practical implementation ability.
- Preference:
- Candidates with prior internship experience in Capital Markets and SEBI-related matters.
