T&S Law is hiring Assessment Interns who are fresh law graduates with a strong interest in capital market regulations to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions.
- Assist senior team members in legal documentation and filings.
- Support due diligence efforts for capital market listings.
- Learn and apply compliance protocols in real-time client matters.
- Participate in a structured training environment focused on capital markets.
Eligibility
- Fresh law graduates (LL.B.).
- Strong interest in SEBI regulations and Companies Act.
- Strong analytical and legal reading skills.
- Based in Delhi/Noida and available to join immediately.
