Vishrut Jain is a passionate advocate and an aspiring insolvency professional, who is currently pursuing his LLM in International Comparative Law at UTU. He has completed his Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, and his BALLB (H) from Amity Law School, Delhi. He is also a certified mediator, having completed a 45-hour training course from Samadhan - Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Details of the Job/Internship

Vishrut and Associates is looking for candidates for the position of young professionals to work with them at their office in New Delhi.

Work area:

• Assistance to Insolvency Professionals.
• CoC/SCC meetings.
• Drafting.
• Claim verification.
• Other similar work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on diverse IBC mandates.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals.
• Opportunity for long-term association based on performance.
• Opportunity to get an exposure with pioneers of this industry.

Eligibility

• Law, CA, CS, CMA aspirants or freshers.
• Candidates from similar professional backgrounds.
• PGIPians may be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
