Details of the Job/Internship

Debtfrie is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Client Handling- Communicate with clients, provide legal guidance, and manage case updates. 
• Legal Negotiations- Negotiate with debtors and creditors to resolve disputes and protect client interests. 
• Legal Drafting- Draft and review debt settlement agreements, and legal notices, and ensure compliance. 
• Legal Research- Research debt laws, and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends. 
• Performance Evaluation: Effective case handling and client satisfaction may lead to permanent employment.

Eligibility

• Final-year and 2023-24 graduated law students.
• Physical relocation to the Noida office (Sector- 2) is required.
