Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Corporate Law practice, specializing in Asset Management and Investment Funds, to join its offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, or NCR. The role involves advising on complex legal matters related to fund structuring and financial regulations while working alongside leading experts in the field.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
- Assist in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, JV agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development efforts.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
- Familiarity with financial markets laws.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication and organizational skills.
