Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their Corporate Law practice, specializing in Asset Management and Investment Funds, in Bengaluru or NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
- Assist in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, joint venture agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development efforts.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on asset management and investment funds.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
- Familiarity with financial markets laws.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
