Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 2-6 years of experience in Asset Management and Investment Funds to join its Corporate Law practice in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or NCR. The role involves advising on fund structuring, financial regulations, and investment programmes while working alongside leading experts in the field.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
- Assist in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, JV agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and support business development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2-6 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on asset management and investment funds.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
- Familiarity with financial markets laws.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and organisational skills.
