Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring for the position of Asset Management & Funds Lawyer with 2-6 years of experience to join their offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
• Assist in structuring joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and related transactions.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, JV agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Manage client relationships and deliver strategic, business-oriented legal solutions.
• Mentor junior associates and actively contribute to knowledge-building and business development initiatives.

Eligibility

• Education: Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: 2–6 years in corporate law, with a strong focus on asset management and investment funds.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in legal drafting, negotiation, and client advisory.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and securities regulations.
• Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
