Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Asset Management and Investment Funds practice to join the Corporate Law team in Mumbai. The role involves advising on fund structuring and financial regulatory matters and working closely with experienced professionals in the field.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
• Assisting in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, joint venture agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal solutions.
• Mentoring junior associates and contributing to business development efforts.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets laws.
• Proactive approach with strong communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.

Salary/Stipend
