Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring for the position of Asset Management & Funds Lawyer with 2-6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on investment fund formation, asset management, and investment programmes.
• Assist in structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, joint venture agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal solutions.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development initiatives.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on asset management and investment funds.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets and related regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
