Details of the Job/Internship

IndusInd Bank invites applications for the position of Asset Recovery Executive with 2+ years of experience to join them at their office in vellore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensuring collection targets assigned basis product asset flag.
• Handling all cases filed by Bank. Duly represented by Advocates with adequate inputs of Asset recovery executives.
• Ensure daily customer visits to build rapport, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding dues. Settlement Proposals are to be sent to SLC immediately for review and further action.
• Latest updates on market are to be shared by AR executives to SLCs daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions, visits and recovery efforts.
• Judgements and Citations relevant are duly updated as an ongoing activity.
• Regulatory Ombudsman CRM Sr Management complaints are ensured appropriate response with TAT.
• Litigations Stocks are followed up in Courts Consumer Forums for Resolution on daily basis.
• Advocates payments and cases allocations are initiated as and when received.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in asset recovery, collections, or a similar field if preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
