Details of the Job/Internship
Kashi Capital Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Legal with expertise in contract drafting, legal research, and regulatory compliance to join their Uttar Pradesh office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case laws.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract drafting, and review.
- Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and corporate law.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or NBFCs preferred.
