Details of the Job/Internship

Tattva Creations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Account Manager – Public Relations & Social Media with 2–4 years of experience to join its office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client communication goals.
• Draft and edit press releases, media notes, briefing documents, pitches, and thought-leadership content.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists across print, digital, and broadcast media.
• Manage daily media outreach, follow-ups, coordination, and coverage tracking.
• Monitor industry conversations, competitor activity, and emerging narratives using PR tools.
• Prepare monthly media coverage reports and PR evaluation dashboards.
• Support narrative mapping and proactively flag reputational risks or sensitive issues.
• Align PR messaging with social media calendars and digital campaigns.
• Support social media execution through copy, captions, and messaging consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support senior leadership on pitches and presentations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across PR and social media formats.
• Familiarity with PR monitoring and outreach tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
