Details of the Job/Internship
BITS Law School is hiring an Assistant / Associate Professor (Law) to join their office in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive course modules using innovative methods like the Socratic method and experiential learning.
- Maintain an active research profile and publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional growth.
- Provide student mentoring and participate in various administrative committees.
- Focus on specialized areas including Contract Law, CPC, Corporate Law, Technology Law, and ADR.
Eligibility
- LLM from a prestigious Indian or Foreign University.
- Completed PhD in Law or currently pursuing a PhD from a reputed institution.
- Prior teaching experience or significant practice experience in Litigation, Law Firms, or Research is highly preferred.
