Details of the Job/Internship
MARUBENI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an Assistant Company Secretary (Legal & Compliance) with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate governance and ensure all secretarial compliances are met.
- Manage compliances related to MCA, RBI, FEMA, CSR, and FCRA.
- Handle the organization and documentation of Board and Shareholders’ Meetings.
- Conduct legal documentation reviews, contract vetting, and maintain regulatory liaison.
- Lead CSR implementation and ensure accurate reporting.
- Execute compliance management strategies for various group entities.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
- Possesses an LL.B. degree in addition to a Graduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for Japanese or MNC backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws and experience in statutory filings.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and proactive adaptability.
