Details of the Job/Internship
Regaal Resources Limited (RRL) is hiring for the position of Assistant Company Secretary with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage statutory filings, secretarial records, and company registers.
- Convene and manage Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparing agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise the Board and senior leadership on corporate governance, legal, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with directors, regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide secretarial and legal support for mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and capital market activities.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement effective compliance frameworks.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) from ICSI.
- 4–5 years’ experience in corporate/legal compliance (experience with listed/unlisted companies preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of corporate laws and securities regulations.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
