The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's corporate governance responsibilities. This role will involve coordinating board meetings, maintaining statutory records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in legal and regulatory matters.
