MANSI SHARE AND STOCK ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for the position of Assistant Compliance Officer with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to SEBI regulations and guidelines issued by stock exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX, etc.).
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory and regulatory reports and filings.
- Support KYC/AML verification processes and ongoing due diligence efforts.
- Monitor client trading activities and flag any suspicious or non-compliant transactions.
- Maintain and update internal compliance documentation, registers, and policies.
- Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.
- Liaise with internal teams to promote compliance awareness and training.
- Track regulatory updates and notify the compliance team of relevant changes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field (Master’s or compliance certification is a plus).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably within a broking or financial services environment.
- Understanding of SEBI regulations, AML norms, and KYC guidelines.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and stock market operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
