Nasdaq is hiring an Assistant General Counsel with 10+ years of experience to join its Legal, Regulatory & Risk Group at the Mumbai Technology Center.

Role and Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 10+ years of legal experience (preferably a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience)
• Experience supporting technology or SaaS businesses
• Strong commercial and licensing expertise
• Experience with product legal advisory, especially in fintech or data-driven environments
