Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Ltd. is hiring an Assistant General Manager – Legal with 8–9 years of experience in the real estate industry to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, renew, and maintain contracts and compliance records.
- Litigation: Handle disputes, arbitrations, and coordinate with external lawyers for timely filings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, update management, and conduct audits.
- Advisory & Risk: Provide legal advice on projects/transactions, assess risks, and support due diligence.
- Documentation: Maintain and digitize records of cases, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with authorities, regulators, and support cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8–9 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- LLB, LLM qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Real Estate, and Contract Law.
- Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
