Details of the Job/Internship

Skechers South Asia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager – Legal with 8–10 years of experience to join their Legal (Finance & Accounts) department in Mumbai (Andheri East).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Collaborate with external lawyers on IPR, consumer, and other legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance on statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct research and prepare legal opinions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to the management team.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for business teams and stakeholders.
• Submit periodic reports to the Head Legal.

Eligibility

• LL.B. and CS qualifications.
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Retail background preferred.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing lease, leave and licence, and vendor and customer agreements.
• Knowledge of legal metrology and data privacy laws is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
