Details of the Job/Internship

SPML Infra Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant General Manager Legal.

Role and Responsibilities

• The AGM Legal will be responsible for overseeing legal matters related to infrastructure development projects.
• This includes contract negotiation, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, legal risk assessment, and providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
• The AGM Legal will also be responsible for managing external legal counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Indian contract law, infrastructure regulations, and legal compliance.
• Experience in handling legal matters related to infrastructure development projects.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• LLB or LLM in Law from a recognized university.
• Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus.
