Sumadhura Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for candidate for the position of Assistant General Manager with 10 years experience in the real estate industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Assistant General Manager - Legal will be responsible for handling legal matters, contracts, documentation review, compliance, and providing legal support and advice to the organization.
• They will also assist in managing litigation, drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Maximum 10years experience in the real estate industry is a must
• Strong knowledge of Indian real estate laws and regulations
• Experience in handling legal matters, contracts, and documentation review
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution

Salary/Stipend
