ABC IP is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in IPR litigation.
• Prepare and file intellectual property (IP) registrations.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in India.
• Experience in IPR litigation in the Delhi High Court.
• Prior experience in an IP law firm or related field is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
