Details of the Job/Internship

India LawShield is hiring an Assistant Lawyer for a full-time remote position. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, assisting with contract drafting, and supporting dispute resolution processes. The candidate will collaborate with clients, coordinate with senior lawyers, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Assist with contract drafting and review.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
• Coordinate with clients and senior lawyers.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of legal support.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Candidates with a master’s degree or relevant certifications will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting.
• Experience with Contract Review, Document Preparation, and Case Summaries.
• Knowledge of Dispute Resolution Processes and Litigation Support.
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI-based platforms is a plus.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
