VIJAYKUMAR G. VANRAJ & ASSOCIATES is hiring an Assistant Lawyer to join their office in Vadodara. The role involves supporting senior lawyers, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and attending court proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Assist senior lawyers in case preparation.
• Manage case files.
• Liaise with clients.
• Attend court proceedings as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research software.
• Knowledge of local and national laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
