Details of the Job/Internship
Milacron India is hiring a Compliance Professional with 6–9 years of experience to join their Legal and Compliance team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing internal investigations into ethical violations, legal non-compliance, and policy breaches.
- Evaluating reported cases, determining criticality, and facilitating investigations with the General Counsel.
- Managing and conducting investigations and ensuring timely closure with comprehensive reports.
- Ensuring case closures are supported by adequate documentation and corrective and preventive actions.
- Developing and executing an annual monitoring plan with defined timelines.
- Assisting in developing, updating, and enforcing investigation-related policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Promoting a speak-up culture and awareness of compliance and company policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law college in India.
- 6–9 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm or multinational in-house legal team.
- Expertise in leading complex investigations with strong analytical, interviewing, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple investigations and projects simultaneously.
- High ethical standards, strong judgment, and attention to detail.
