Details of the Organization
National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), a Statutory Corporation of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Cooperation, was established on 14.03.1963 under the Act of Parliament (NCDC Act of 1962) for economic development through cooperative societies. The major objective of the Corporation is to promote, strengthen and develop the farmers’ cooperatives for increasing production and productivity and instituting post harvest facilities.
Details of the Job/Internship
National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) invites applications from eligible person(s) for the postion of Assistant Director (Legal) with 2 years of experience in the areas of legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council
- 2 years’ post qualification experience in the areas of legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery related matters including SARFAESI Act etc.
Salary/Stipend
Level-10 in pay matrix as per 7th CPC (Rs. 56,100-Rs.1,77,500/-).
