Details of the Job/Internship

Aeren LPO is hiring for the position of Assistant Legal Manager-CLM to join their office in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Manage the redlining process, track changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial contract terms.
• Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments on contract matters.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts and monitor compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/ JD) with a strong academic record; additional certifications in Contract Management are a plus.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
