KredX is hiring an Assistant Legal Manager with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct and prosecute assigned civil, criminal, bankruptcy, business rehabilitation etc.
- Handle and prosecute enforcement, criminal proceedings.
- Liaise with outsource litigation and monitor outsourced litigations.
- Liaise with Police, regulatory and judicial authorities in connection with litigations.
- Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.
- Training officials on corporate governance matters keeping up to date with any regulatory.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputed university.
- Post-qualification work experience in the range of 2 to 4 years;
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Prior experience in the FinTech or financial services industry would be preferred.
