Details of the Job/Internship
SGS IPR Consultancy LLP is currently seeking for Assistant Legal Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating, and closing of legal writings, agreements including LOA, POA, and Affidavits.
- Researching new/ existing laws with the view of pitching new clients
- Researching into new applicable laws, regulations, and legal risks.
- Reporting to clients and drafting of Mails.
- Formulation of strategies.
- Assisting Legal Counsels.
- Management/Maintaining of Data Base.
- Handling/ Maintaining the Data Management.
- Experience in Data Analysis.
- Experience in Financial and Law related Data Analysis.
- Leading, supervising, and monitoring the team.
- Timely competition of work/Deliverable assigned.
Eligibility
- UG: LLB
- PG: MBA/LLM
