Details of the Job/Internship

Shoppers Stop is hiring an Assistant Legal Manager to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and vetting of agreements with Vendors in respect of trade supplies (supplyor goods on outright, SOR, ROR, Concessionaire,consignment basis), services (availed fromvarious service providers), projects (services ofproject consultants and contractors), banks(availment of credit facilities, pledge, mortgageetc.), adrministration (security, house keeping,AMC etc.), IT (MSA, license, service provider agreement, etc.), etc.
• Drafting, negotiating and vetting of Lease and Leave & License Agreements.
• Maintaining legal records (file management) and MIS of agreements executed by the Company.
• Drafting Legal notices and reply to statutory notices and legal notices for civil or commercial disputes as and when required.

Salary/Stipend
