Details of the Job/Internship
Tata Communications is hiring an Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement and periodically review company policies and procedures related to ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, and data privacy.
- Design, maintain, and improve training programs for employees and third parties on compliance and applicable regulations.
- Support data privacy initiatives, including conducting impact assessments and reviewing data processing agreements.
- Conduct anti-corruption due diligence of third-party intermediaries.
- Review and advise on transactions from the standpoint of sanctions laws.
- Carry out compliance risk assessments across business operations.
- Perform other related compliance duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in compliance, corporate legal, or regulatory roles.
- Knowledge of anti-corruption laws, sanctions, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
