Details of the Job/Internship

IDP Education Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with over 6 years of experience to join its Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial agreements including leases, service, contractor, and technology agreements.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist in litigation matters by vetting documents, strategizing legal actions, and attending court hearings.
Provide support in police-related issues when required.
Draft legal notices, replies, undertakings, and declarations.
Maintain databases and trackers for agreements, litigation, and statutory matters.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed university.
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least 2 years of litigation exposure preferred.
Strong understanding of legal compliance and hands-on experience in contract management and negotiation.
Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
