Details of the Job/Internship
SBI Card is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal Advisory with experience in contract drafting and regulatory legal advisory to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts, SOWs, RFPs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide regulatory advice based on business impact.
- Track regulatory changes and share insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain IPR MIS, manage trademarks and certificate repositories.
- Review internal and external communications per regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in organization-wide projects related to contracts and commercial risk.
- Advise business teams on legal disputes with vendors/partners.
- Draft HR communications such as appointment and termination letters.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- Experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal role (preferably in BFSI, IT, or service sectors).
Salary/Stipend
