Details of the Job/Internship

Affle is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements. 
• Liaise, coordinate, and follow up with external counsels regarding court cases and legal matters. 
• Manage legal due diligence and oversee contract lifecycle management and compliances. 
• Analyze and review queries from the business team concerning commercial negotiations. 
• Draft and review legal notices, contractual letters, claims, and formal replies. 
• Conduct legal research on corporate commercial laws and contract law. 
• Provide legal advice to management and business units on all relevant issues.

Eligibility

• A degree in Law from a reputed law college. 
• More than 4–6 years of work experience in a relevant legal profile. 
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law, procedures, and international commercial laws, including data protection. 
• Demonstrated ability to create proactive or defensive legal strategies. 
• Sound judgment with the ability to analyze complex situations and information. 
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and outstanding communication skills.
